On 25th July, we will be announcing a voluntary recall of the forks on MY2013-2016 CAADX aluminium cyclocross bikes equipped with disc brakes. Riders will be asked to take their bike to a Cannondale dealer for a free upgraded (full carbon) replacement fork.

Dear Customer
 
At Cannondale, we know that our riders demand the highest levels of performance, quality, and safety, under the most challenging riding conditions, and we hold ourselves and Cannondale products to that standard.
 
On 25th July, we will be announcing a voluntary recall of the forks on MY2013-2016 CAADX aluminium cyclocross bikes equipped with disc brakes. Riders will be asked to take their bike to a Cannondale dealer for a free upgraded (full carbon) replacement fork. 
 
Attached please find a recall poster which should be posted in your shop and sent via email, or otherwise, to any consumers you know have purchased a recalled bicycle. The poster explains further details about the recall and how to identify a recalled bicycle.  For you to submit a claim for a replacement fork on a customer’s behalf please visit (https://csgb2b.co.uk/caadxdiscnotice). Additionally, please ensure that any consumer who brings in one of the recalled bicycles for service is informed of this recall.
